To provide funfair rides and attractions for corporate events, product launches, private functions and town centres.

Challenge:

Numerous corporate clients approached the Hire A Funfair team with requests to deliver multiple professional events to a wide range of clients across the UK. These rides and attractions needed to operate to a high standard and comply with all health and safety legislation.

The clients and events included university and college balls, Army and RAF family days, product launches for large corporations such as Suzuki, Cadbury’s, Krug Champagne and many more – as well as private functions, weddings and city centre events.

We wanted to deliver excellent customer service for these corporate clients and ensure they received a service above and beyond their expectations.

Solution:

The team listened carefully to each client’s vision for their event and discussed at length what outcomes the clients were hoping to achieve.

We then researched the venues and came up with options for each client, whilst working to their budgets and any other restrictions.

We coordinated all aspects of the ride and attraction hire, including planning, appointing contractors, building the attractions, costings, staffing, power, health and safety compliance, and much more.

Result

Throughout the build, operation and dismantling days, each attraction had a supervisor on site to ensure the smooth running of the attractions and to maintain a wonderful atmosphere throughout the clients’ events.

We provided 24/7 client contact with our Operations Manager, to ensure any issues were dealt with immediately. This gave clients a point of contact from the date of booking until the event sites were cleared.
